I remember starting out by sketching in art class and participating in many other art fields. It's a very challenging and creative field. I had some formal training in art with Carlton Stone. This encouraged me to enter an art show. It was a great experience to see how other artist came to love their work. Through the years, I sold some paintings and had some commission work at various places.I enjoyed donating some work for auction at the Barbara Bush children's cancer wing at Maine Medical Center.
